Obituary of Ann Elizabeth Hayes

Hayes, Ann Elizabeth (nee St. Louis) Our extraordinary wife, mother, and grandmother surrounded by her family, was peacefully lifted by Angels into God"s arms on Tuesday, April 5, 2016. Deeply adored and loving wife of 58 glorious years to husband Leo, devoted and loving mother of Bonita Moore (Roger), James, Lawrence, Marilyn Schertzer (Michael), Patti Ann Iannetta (Anthony), Christopher (Krista), and Suzette. Deeply treasured and admired "Grammy" to Amy Sue and Amanda Moore, Courtney and Jeffrey Hayes, Rebecca, Kaitlyn, and Brandon Schertzer, Christopher and Hannah D"Ambrosio, Adrian and Victoria Iannetta, Liam and McKinley Hayes. Reunited at Heaven"s gate with her parents, James and Beatrice St. Louis, sisters Mary Theresa and Marilyn Mailloux, and brother Leon, Mother and Father in law Roy and Lillian Hayes, and many sister and brother-in-laws. Survived by special brother-in-law Eugene Mailloux, and cherished Aunt to Janice, John, Susan and Jerome and their families. Will be deeply missed by sister and brother in laws, Rita Mullins, William, Harvey and many nieces and nephews. She will be forever remembered for the sparkle in her beautiful blue eyes, the comfort of her voice, the warmth of her smile, and the tender touch of her hand. She lived life with great strength and compassion, loved unconditionally, and believed in the everyday miracles of life. The endless memories of love, laughter and joy we"ve shared, will never be forgotten. As our guardian angel above, may you continue to guide us, and give us the strength to carry out your wish, "No more tears, just smiles and happiness." Funeral Service will be held at on Saturday April 9, 2016 at 10:45 a.m. from the funeral home then to St. Vincent de Paul Church for funeral mass at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Anne"s Cemetery.
