Passed away into God"s care on April 4, 2016 at the age of 68. Loving husband of the late Anna Kozakowski (Piskorek, 2009). Beloved father of Bozena Jayes (Alex), Jolanta Mucaki (Mike) and Dorota Patalas (Chris). Devoted dziadek of James and David Joyes, Nicholas and Eleni Mucaki, and Ania Patalas. Son of the late Peter and Rozalia Kozakowski of Poland. Dear brother of Barbara Morawa (Bronek) of Poland. Brother-in-law of Andrzej Piskorek (Zofia), Barbara Terlikowska. Irena Szymkiewicz (Wlodzimierz) of Poland. Walter will be missed by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Wednesday April 6, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. Prayers at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service Thursday April 7, 2016 at 10:15 a.m. from the Funeral Home then to Holy Trinity Polish Church for Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
