Obituary of Mary Carmela Micallef

MICALLEF, Mary Carmela (nee Catania) Passed away peacefully at the age of 92 on April 2, 2016. Reunited with her beloved husband Paul (2011). Dear mother to Charles and wife Jana, Sonia and husband Joe Grech, and Daphne and husband Frank Reid. Proud Nanna to Michelle and Steve, Jason and Renee, Shawn, Danielle, Jessica and James, Tatiana and Trevor. Beloved Nanna Mary to Jacob, Ashley, Sarah, Megan and Everett. Mary is predeceased by her brothers Johnny Catania and Carmenu Catania. Mary will be remembered for the love she showed to her grandchildren, and her devotion to her Catholic faith. The family would like to thank the staff at Village of Aspen Lake for all of their care and compassion shown to Mary. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd E. on Thursday April 7, 2016 from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Prayers at 4:30 pm. Visitation will continue on Friday April 8, 2016 at St. Vincent de Paul Church (2015 Balfour Rd) from 9:30 am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
