Obituary of Vera Pringle-Fidell

Vera Pringle Fidell December 22 1922-March 24 2016 "Best Mom in the Whole Wide World" died in the loving care of her daughter, Florence and granddaughter, Sharon, and all the Angels at Heron Terrace Long Term Care Home! Mom was one of 7 children welcomed by Sam and Carmela Rainone -4 deceased and now survived by sister, Sue Phillips-Smith and brother, Lou Rainone. Married for 44 years to our Dad, William Pringle who died in 1985. Mom"s second husband was Ralph Fidell.(deceased 2005) Left in sadness are Florence(Ladd Ritchie), Randy Pringle(Deana)and Orleen(Michael Wheatley)Though sad, we are blessed knowing Mom no longer continues her journey with Alzheimers. Our Heartfelt thanks go to all who took her hand and ours along the way. Mom adored her 7 grandchildren, Scott, Glenn and Todd, Dana, and Kevin, Tracey and Mike, along with her 13 Great-grandchildren and 1 Great Great-grandson. She is celebrated by all, including many nieces and nephews. Through the years, JOY came from being a Wife, a Mom, a Best Gramma, her Family, Friends, parties, cooking and baking, being a Snow-bird and travel. Life was good! Cremation and a Private Family Service took place at Windsor Chapel, Banwell with Chaplain, Carol Foley officiating. Burial followed at Windsor Memorial Cemetery.
