Obituary of Viola Ruth Manchurek

Today our world stood still as we said goodbye to our beautiful mother and we gently passed her into the arms of our Lord in her 88th year. Viola will be dearly missed by husband Mike; her four children Michael Manchurek (Linda), Jean Fields (Barry), Mary Wiseman and Donna Manchurek; her four grandchildren Kristina Wiseman, Dan Manchurek (Trish), Daryl Manchurek (Karen) and Jenny Winter (Hank); and her four great grandchildren Katelyn, Baylie, Rhiannon and Kody. She will also be sadly missed by her sister Marjorie Morgan and many nieces and nephews. Viola is predeceased by her mother and father Ellen and Samuel Bardwell; brothers Jimmy and Eugene, and sisters Ethel, Thelma, Fern and Evelyn. Viola"s children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were her life. She brought joy, love and tenderness to each and every one of them. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff and residents of Riverside Place. Throughout Viola"s six years of living at Riverside Place she made many special friends and experienced a quality of life that our family will always be thankful for. The love and compassion shown to her and us, her family, will never be forgotten. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Friday April 1, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service Saturday April 2, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
