CHARTONIUK, Cynthia Anne It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Cynthia Anne, March 23 2016, at the age of 51. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by sons Nicholas (Lauren) Jacobs and Benjamin Panzica. Dear sister to Deb and Bruce, loving aunt to Morgan, McCayla and Samantha. Predeceased by her parents Stanley and Donna Chartoniuk. Best friends beside her until the end, Shamoo and Storm. Special thanks to Pam Elliott, Mark Black and her nurse Karly.
