I am saddened to learn of Sal''s death. He has been a good friend for many years. I am grateful for the many splendid moments that we shared at his shop. He was a true gentleman and a wonderful person. My condolences to Caterina and family. Sal lives on in each of us.

It''s hard to believe that it has been over 40 years since we met Sal. Our fond memories include our children''s first haircuts with Sal. He even gave us a copy of the film when our son, David got his first haircut together with John. We will always remember how beautifully he danced at our children''s weddings. He was a very special person and friend and will be deeply missed.

I was a customer of Sal,s for many years.. 21 years ago Sal gave my son his first hair cut. I can remember this day as if it was yesterday. My son did not take kindly to this experience but Sal showed great compassion and we got through it. Sal will be missed and it was a pleasure knowing the man
