I would like to express my Sympathy on the passing of your Mother. I can remember her and your Father coming to our house on New Years day after cleaning the hall from the night before. It was such a party. Since your Father passed away I used to see her at Sunrise while my husbands aunt was there. Your Mother was a beautiful and lovely lady and I am sure you will miss her greatly. I am sorry that I will not be able to come to the funeral or the showing as I will be out of town. My sympathy to all of you.

To Colleen and all her family, that always treated us like their family, our sincere condolences on the loss of such a bright light in your lives. Daisy was always smiling and always part of whatever was happening. I remember sleeping over at their house during college and after. Visiting at anytime and always a "You know your welcome here anytime." For me I will cherish the special pin that I received from OES that was once Daisy''s. She wore it proudly in 1974 and now I do the same, a huge thank you for letting me be that connection with her and her time in the OES. Your family is strong and together you will have memories to keep and share with generations to come. Take care of each other and know you are all in our thoughts and prayers. Love you all lots and hugs too, John, Robin, Olivia and Daniel McLenon

I was so shocked this morning when I read the Windsor Star''s obits, that Daisy Greenwood passed away. I only knew Daisy a few years from 2012 to the time she moved to St. Clair Beach Retirement Home. My name is Helen Mogyorody, and I live at Sunrise Senior Living. Daisy and I played Euchre every Thursday evening, and we had such good laughs. We were table mates and missed her so much at meal times. We sat beside each other during entertainment engagements, and always giggled when they played "Daisy, Daisy". She was such a good spirited lady. During the spring and summer months when we went to the Tecunseh Park at Riverside and Manning roads, I''d go over to visit her, or she''d come visit people from Sunrise. Great memories. Please accept my deepest sympathy. As Sunrise''s Ambassador, and Residents'' Council President, please accept the condolences of residents who knew Daisy at Sunrise.

My sincere sympathy on the passing of dear Daisy. While living at Sunrise Assisted Living, my parents, Ella and Jim Small became good friends with Mel and Daisy. Daisy and my mum stayed in touch through the years and Daisy even came out to Kingsville to visit my mother at her retirement home ,along with Tony B. from Sunrise. Even though I knew Daisy just a little, I felt I''d known her a long time. I found her to be a lovely, caring soul. I am saddened by her loss.
