Obituary of Ika Zdunic

ZDUNIC, Ika (nee Pejnovic) Born on November 15, 1932 in Debelo Brdo, Gospic, Croatia. Passed away peacefully on February 29, 2016 at W.R.H., Ouellette Campus at the age of 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Marko (2009). Loving mother of Ivica Zdunic and wife Vlasta, Milan Zdunic and wife Mirjana; both of Windsor, Ivanka Susnjar and husband Andrija of Lansing, Michigan. Cherished "Baka" of Tomislav, Angela, Frano, Mark, Milan, Nikola, Ante, and great-grandmother to Andrew, Michael, Emerik, and Iva. Dear sister to Frane Pejnovic of Croatia. Predeceased by parents Tome and Franjka Pejnovic and siblings Anka Pejnovic and Grga Pejnovic. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and relatives in Canada, Croatia and Argentina. Ika was a faithful and devoted parishoner of St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Church. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME LTD., 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Thursday, March 3, 2016 from 2 - 5 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. Parish Prayers Thursday 8 p.m. Funeral Services on Friday, March 4, 2016 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home then to St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church for Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
