Obituary of Doris Jean Trott

TROTT, Doris Jean Passed away at Windsor Regional Hospital, Met Campus on February 11, 2016 at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Gordon "Gordie" Trott. Loving mother of Bob Trott and wife Margaret, Janice and husband Kenn Morris. Loving grandmother of Kimberly and Howard Lunansky, Kevin and Michelle Trott, Justine and Nicholas Khoury, and Jessie and Amanda Morris West. Great grandmother of Amy, Branden, Casey, Morgan, Sara, Connor, Reid and Harper. Loving daughter of late George and Anne McLeod (nee Quilliam). Precious sister to Margie and Don Browell. Predeceased by brothers Jim (Betty) and Bill (Carol) McLeod. She will be dearly missed by her many nieces and nephews. She was known to them as their Aunt Jean. Jean and Gordie provided a loving Christian home for their family where the door was always open where you may find our Mom baking, sewing, crafts or making travel plans. She was happily devoted and engaged in the church. Her and dad spent many happy times with their good friends and Couples Club at Trinity United Church. The family wishes to thank Dr. Johnston, the wonderful staff at Windsor Regional Hospital, Met Campus and residents and staff at Oak Park LaSalle. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Visiting on Friday, April 15, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
