Dear Petruk Family, Our heartfelt prayers and thoughts go out to you all at this time of your great loss of a loving mother and Baba. Do not mourn over the absence of the flame, but celebrate how bright it glowed ... precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints. (Psalms 116:15) I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; For You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. (Psalms 4:8) Read these two verses with wonderful thoughts of your mother and Baba. She was not only PRECIOUS in God�s eyes, but in many peoples� eyes! It was a privilege and honour knowing her personally. She was a true inspiration in every sense of the word, a great dedicated and loving woman, who made tremendous contribution to her church community, and raised such a truly wonderful family. My memory is laced with the wonderful times we spent together while growing up. While we mourn, we must also rejoice. The Good Lord has given rest to the soul of His faithful departed servant Martha, in a place of light, a place of refreshment, and a place of repose where there is no sickness, nor sighing, nor sorrow. She has gone to join Her Heavenly Father, at the great banquet table in Heaven, numbering her among all the Saints that have gone before her. May the Good Lord wrap His arms around you all in this time of mourning... comforting and strengthening you in the days ahead.
