Obituary of Angeline Yovanovich

YOVANOVICH, Angeline (nee Radak) Born in 1925 to Pete and Stojanka Radak in Kikinda Yugoslavia. Devoted wife of Mel for 71 years. Much loved mother of Dr. Robert Yovanovich (Sue), Sandra Landry (Ray) and Kristine Myers (Mike). Adoring and devoted Gramma of Heather & Michelle, Max & Jordie and Angela & Alex. Sister in-law of Dorothy Moszynski and the late Ted. Aunt of Dora Aalbregtse and Gary Moszynski. Angie worked hard all her life. In the 1950"s and 60"s she and Mel owned and operated George Avenue Market. Angie also worked for many years for the Windsor Public Board of Education teaching arts and crafts. She had many good times with her large group of friends. Angie loved reading, baking, gardening, but more than anything she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E on Thursday January 28, 2016 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday January 29, 2016 at 11:00 am in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Downtown Mission and or the Salvation Army.
