D"ALESSANDRO, Betty Lorraine (nee Burley) September 14, 1929 - January 7, 2016 Beloved wife of Martin D"Alessandro for the past 67 years. Adored mother of John Gordon D"Alessandro and wife Laurie. Proud and cherished grandmother of Lisa (David), Cara (Tim) and John (Amanda). Loving great-grandmother of Hailey and Aidan Cassidy and baby Ellie Ouellette who were her world and always made her smile. Predeceased by parents Gordon Burley and Margaret Mulholland, sister Thelma Eileen, brothers Beverly, George and Gordon (Bud). Also predeceased by brother in-laws Peter (Carmie) and John Anthony. Survived by sister in-laws Marie and Gloria, and brother in-law James (Lil). Betty will be missed by nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends and neighbours. She will always be remembered for her cookies and pies and her love of dancing, skating roller and ice. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Monday January 11, 2016 from 12:00 pm until time of Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 pm in the Chapel. Interment of cremated remains to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
