It was many years ago but I still remember comeing to windsor to visit Aunt Enily and Uncle Edward Meidinger and running down the alley with my brother Dave to play with Bobby and Charlie. I first met Bob at the Ambassador Bridge in the mid 1970''s. I was a young U.S. Customs Inspector and Bob was always one of the true gentlemen I had the pleasure of knowing. Big hearted, considerate, and the epitome of a professional driver. Bob''s sense of fun and appreciation of life always made my day an enjoyable one. His kindness was always on display and part of the reason I grew to love my job was because of the many interactions with a beautiful man with a beautiful spirit.
Sorry for our loss. No word can compensate for the loss but thiings are timed in life and al we hope and pray that he is in better hands and that some day we all will be together. May he rest in peace.

We can't even begin to find words that ease the pain of your loss. We are so sad. Bob was a wonderful brother in law. So kind. Always thinking of us when he went and bought corn on the cob. Many mornings openi g my back door and saying "Bob was here". He was just an exceptional human being. His absence is already felt. Heaven got a very special angel this week.
