Obituary of Alexis Morais

Passed away peacefully in Florida on December 13, 2015 at the age of 86 years. Beloved husband to his wife Lorette (nee Losier). Loving father to Terry (Pauline), Elden (Brigitte), Dean (France) and Nicole (Mike). Cherished grandfather to Line (Jeff), Melanie (Trevor), Chantal, Marc (Emily), David, Stephane, Nathalie, Linda, Jacqueline, Neil, Tina and Scott. Great grandfather to 7. Predeceased by his father Joseph Morais and his mother Lorette (nee Theriault). Dear brother to late Sr. Leona, Louisa Lincourt (Andr"), Elodie McLaughlin (late Antoine), Annette McLaughlin (late Alvida), Lorette Hach" (late Romeo), Albertine Grenier (late Iren"e), Georgina Comeau (late Everard), late Charles (late Lisa) (Fernande), late Jean-Louis (L"ona) and Napaleon (Marie Claire). He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Alexis was one of the founding members of St. J"r"me Church, a member of the Usher"s Club at St J"r"me Church for many years. He was a proud member of the 3rd degree Knights of Columbus at St. J"r"me Council #8682 and the 4th degree Dean Wagner Assembly and a member of Club Alouette. Knights of Columbus prayers Friday at 7:30 pm., followed by Parish prayers at 8:00 pm. Funeral services on Saturday December 19, 2015 at 9:15 am from the funeral home then to Paroisse St. J"r"me (3739 Ypres Ave.) for funeral Mass at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. In memory of Alexis, donations may be made to the Heart Stroke Foundation.
