AUGUSTINE, Helen (nee Harcarufka) Passed away peacefully on December 9th, 2015 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of Fred whom she shared 68 wonderful years of marriage.Loving mother of Debbie Koehler (Pete) and the late Wayne Augustine (1976). Dear grandma to Christopher (Traci), Michael, and Brittany. Dear great grandmother to Dylan. Caring sister to John (Carol), and Mary (Larry).
