Obituary of Jerome Patrick Kavanaugh

KAVANAUGH- Jerome "Jerry" It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of a great man who was embraced by God at the age of 70. Born in Windsor, Ontario on August 28, 1945. Jerry passed away November 26, 2015 after a long battle with ALS in the arms of his loving wife Sharon, with whom he shared 49 years of love and marriage. Devoted father to son Michael and wife Kerry, son Christopher, son Kenneth and wife Natalie, daughter Jody Miller and her husband Cameron. Precious Papa to his grandchildren, Jordan, Carley, Liam, Dawson, Samantha, Brooke, Amber, Connor, Ryan and Cassidy. Reunited with his parents Ludger and Marie. Survived by his sisters Dorothy and Mary Ann and his brother Jimmy and wife Jan. Jerry will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Chow, Tabatha, Karen, Lucy and the ALS Society. Jerry was devoted to his family and work, passing along his drive and perseverance to those around him.
