Obituary of Phyllis May Caruana

CARUANA, Phyllis May It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Phyllis on November 8, 2015 at 90 years of age. Predeceased by her husband Bud Caruana. Loving mother of Rick and wife Sue Sim and Todd and wife Vesna Sim. Treasured Ahma of Jonathan Sim, Justin and wife Merissa Sim, Jarrett Sim and fianc" Dianne Manuel, Jenny Menard and fianc" David Parent, Robby Sim, Ryan Sim and great Ahma of Jaxon Sim, Jagger Sim, Jacob Sim and Mya Chittle. Phyllis is pre deceased by her sister Iris Farron, brother Donald Bond, sister Shirley Orum and sister Dorothy Laesser. She is survived by her brother Robert and wife Jean Bond and sister- in- law Frances Caruana. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Phyllis was a well-respected employee of Champion Spark Plug for 34 years and a dedicated volunteer at Hospice of Windsor for 12 years. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Wednesday November 11, 2015 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service Thursday November 12, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
