Dear Wayne and family-Words cannot express how I feel. I so enjoyed talking to Trudy and Wayne when you would come to see Dr. Joshi and she always had a way to make me laugh. Her spirit through all her illness was one of a kind. God rest her soul and be a comfort to all of her family.

While trying to keep up to her pace at work, or just socializing with her and the many other Big V family members; it was always fun be around Trudy! She was truly one the kindest people I''ve ever met. She made everyone feel liked and special. I''m grateful to be considered a friend. Sending my love and sympathy to all the family.

Trudy was a unique lady whose wisdom, straight talking and truly inspirational conversations with me both as a child when I lived down the road and as an adult when visiting Canada in later years will always be remembered fondly. Despite being thousands of miles away in England, Trudy will remain close in my heart. She will leave a huge void on earth but will fill heaven with all of her humour and big heart. Big love to all the family at such a difficult time. I wish I had stayed in Canada for longer and spent more time with her. She will never be forgotten and I am honoured that I knew her. I am very sad to learn of Trudy's passing. I grew up on Turner Road 2 doors down from the Hillmans and spent so much time at their home. Trudy was like a second mother to me. I moved back to the neighbourhood 2 years ago and last summer walked down and stopped to say hello to Trudy & Wayne as they sat on their porch....so happy i did! My most sincere condolences to the family. May Trudy rest in peace.
