Obituary of Donald Joseph Momney

MOMNEY, Donald Passed away peacefully on August 24, 2015 with his loving family at his side at 80 years of age. Loving husband and best friend of Jackie (nee St. Denis) with whom he shared 58 years of marriage. Dear father of Fr. Al, Cheryl (Larry Senay), and Mark (Colleen). Predeceased by parents Edward and Florida (nee LaBelle), as well as by brothers Russell, Stanley and sister Corinne. Beloved Papa of 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Don will be fondly remembered by several brothers and sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews. Don retired from Chrysler Canada after many years of dedicated service. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus St. Theresa Council # 9793. Friends will be received at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers Wednesday evening at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue on August 27, 2015 at Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Rd.) from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
