PANEK Lucienne "Lucy" (Nee Dagenais) March 23, 1930 " July 17, 2015 It is with heavy hearts that the Panek family announces the passing of their beloved Lucy, on July 17, 2015 at Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus at the age of 85 years. Lucy is reunited with her dear husband, Eugene Panek (2005). She is predeceased by brothers Armand, Leo, Raymond, Girard and sisters Simone, Albertine, Rita and Yvette. Cherished mother to Donald Panek (Janet), Diane Mourad (Osman), Bernard Panek (Julie), Bonnie Guarascio (Louie), Mark Panek (Monique). Loving grandmother to Elaine, Scott, Adam, Mason, Dylan, Carly, Leah, Logan, Lauren, Mikaela, Abbey and Sam. Proud great-grandmother to Jonathan, Luke, Nathan, Sean, Connor and Katherine. Dear sister of brother Roger and sister Pat. Lucy will also be missed by her faithful canine companion "Bear". Lucy was always happiest when hosting a family gathering at Christmas or Easter or a summer party in the backyard. Her box of recipes are a cherished family heirloom. E. on Monday July 20th, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Parish Prayers Monday at 7p.m. Everyone is welcome to join the family on Tuesday, July 21 2015 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church (804 Grand Marais Rd. E.) for funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery .
