Very sorry to hear about Neil passing.lm a retired ford employee and worked with Neil.We go back a few years to thee old cast iron foundry days.l was Neils relief man and he trid to teach me to run the block definer.l just prayed that it would run while he take his break.Most times l messed up big time...help..We hads a lot of laughs,some water fights,good times.l got along with Neil very well,never had a real problem.The men and women that worked in the old sweat box,we were a family of sorts.Dept 5593,cleaning room,money wise we all did very well.Health wise...not so good.We can only go forward now,l like to think my water glass is half full.Never will it be half empty...be positive..................
