Obituary of Joseph Elie Hall

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our loving father and papa. Beloved father to Tamara Bechard and the late Anita Hall. Cherished papa to Ryan, Sarah and Amanda. Loving great-“papa” to Ava and Alaya. Former spouse and current friend of Helen Hall. Predeceased by parents Frank and Alice. Survived by siblings Josie, Irene, Melvin, Frank, Jim, Claude and John. Predeceased by siblings Gerarda, Raymond, Amos, Fred, Leontine, Geraldine, Eveline and Clarence. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Elie was a builder and a fixer by trade. When it came to helping others, there was no job too big or too small. If you wanted to find Elie at a family gathering you would look for the children, who he got great joy from spending his time with. The family would like to sincerely thank the staff at The Village at St. Clair for their care, love, and respect for Elie in life and in death. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234, on Saturday, January 11, 2020 from 1-3 & 5-7 p.m. with the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 7 p.m. Cremation to Follow.
