Obituary of Stanley Kozak

KOZAK-Stanley Passed away unexpectedly on April 14, 2015 with his best friends, Sasha and Roy by his side. He was born October 14, 1954 in Windsor, Ontario. He is predeceased by his parents Florance and Daniel Kozak. He is survived by his daughter Melissa Damphouse (Husband Mike Beauchamp) and brother David Kozak of B.C. He will be greatly missed by his dear friends, Jean Scratch and Glen Beausoleil. Stan will be missed by many friends, co-workers and especially his cribbage night friends. Stan was a pipefitter at Chrysler Canada and a member of Unifor Local 444. He was a card-carrying blues fan who could talk your ear off about obscure bands and his thumb injury. He was incredibly generous, loving and will be greatly missed. Cremation has taken place.
