Obituary of Mildred Ida Giroux

Giroux, Mildred Ida (Nee Tessier) Passed away peacefully on April 16, 2015 at 87 years of age. She is now reunited with her husband Arthur (July 2014). Loving mother of Ron and Joanne, Rick and Heidi Robert, and Jean Giroux and Robert. Grandmother to Jennifer and Dan Di Domenico, Michelle and Brad Kollin, Alexandra, Krystin and great grandmother to Benjamin, Charlotte and Zachary. Dear sister of Blanche Murray and Barbara Charlebois. Predeceased by brothers Louis, Herman, Chuck and Lawrence and sister Janette. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Mildred was a dedicated Eucharistic Minister at Our Lady of the Atonement Parish and also a member of the Catholic Women"s League. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East on Sunday April 19, 2015 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers Sunday at 3:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday April 20, 2015 at Our Lady of the Atonement Church (2940 Forest Glade Drive) from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
