Obituary of Lawrence Joseph "Herman" Rubik

RUBIK, Lawrence Herman Passed away peacefully on April 16, 2015 at the age of 84. Now happily reunited with his beloved wife Shirley (Amdsen 1994). Loved and dear Dad to Larry and Silvie Rubik, and Darlene and Steve Foster. Adored Grandfather to Stephanie and Robert Parent, Steve and Kristie Rubik, Terrie Lyne and Paul Jas, Wally and Jackie Stadnick, and Keith Stadnick. Cherished Papa to Eva, Mya, Lea, Ema, Alexiah, Alivia, Owen, Lily, Eli, and Alex. Loved brother to sisters Rita Hewson and Rose Longmuire. Brother in-law to Donna Amsden, George and Rose Amsden, Frank Hudecek, and Eli Kos. Lawrence retired from Chrysler Canada. A special thank you to the wonderful 4th floor nursing staff at Windsor Regional Hospital Ouellette Campus. Cremation has taken place. An informal memorial celebration of Herman's life will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd.
