Obituary of Albert Shiu-Wing Lam

It is with heavy hearts that the Lam family announces the passing of Albert Shiu-Wing Lam surrounded by his loving family on Sunday March, 8th, 2015 at Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus at the age of 74 years. Born in Shanghai, China and raised in Hong Kong. In 1983, Albert and his family traveled to Canada and made it his home. Cherished and loving husband to Eunice Po-Ying Lam. Beloved father of Anita Sye-Wing Lam and Alfred Ho-Tak Lam. Proud grand-parent of Anya Bergstrom and Elina Bergstrom. The Lam family would like to thank you and recognize Dr. Anil Dhar, Dr. Michael Lo and Dr. Ismail Goolam Hoosen Peer for 10 years of excellent care and devotion to Albert. He is remembered by many for always living with an open and charitable heart. His kindness was shown through a willingness and generosity towards senior citizens, multiple organizations, and helping those in need. Visiting will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Friday, March 13, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2015 in the Chapel. Cremation to follow.
