Obituary of Ian James Shennan

SHENNAN, Ian James "Shenny" Passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, March 8, 2015 with his family by his side. Beloved husband to Ina for 62 years. Devoted and caring father to Cathie (late Alfie) Wells, Scott (Bern), and Wanda (Michael Lachance). Proud Papa to Chad St. Louis, Cara Dawe (Shawn), Scottie Shennan (Lindsay), Andrew Shennan (Stephanie), Brandon Lachance (Georgia), and Justin Lachance (Shannon). Great-grandfather to Delainey, Lincoln, Kooper, Colby, Hannah, Grace, Emily, Lily, Jordan, Dale , Claire and extended family. Shenny had many interests and passions in his life, he was born in Kampala Uganda, Africa, was in the Royal Navy, retired in 1989 from Ford Motor Company as a Machine Repair Man, he volunteered for the Police (Auxilliary St. Clair Beach), the Booster Club St. Clair Beach, Minor Baseball, was the past President for St. Clair Beach Minor Hockey, the Optomist Club, cubs and boy scouts of Tecumseh and St. Clair Beach and was the founder of St. Clair Beach minor soccer.
