PIETRZAKOWSKI, Jerzy It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jerzy Pietrzakowski. Spouse to Victoria Pietrzakowski and father to son Greg Pietrzakowski and daughter Anna Barichello and husband Steven Barichello. Special grandfather to Jack & Petra Barichello. Beloved son of Konstanty & Albina Pietrzakowski (predeceased) & brother to Halina & her husband Stan Margul. Brother in law to Jadwiga & Stan Wojcik (predeceased), Ella & Franciszek Filip. Uncle to Stan, and Chris Wojcik, Sophia and Mike Sokolowski, and Jola and Mike Harding. Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation took place on Tuesday December 30th, 2014 from 7 to 9 PM at the Windsor Chapel Funeral Home ( Banwell Chapel ) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd E. Everyone is welcome to join Jerzy"s family at the Banwell Chapel for a Memorial Service on Wednesday December 31, 2014 at 10:00 AM in the Chapel. In memory of Jerzy memorial donations may be made to the Holy Trinity Polish Catholic Church Building Fund (envelopes available at the funeral home).
