Obituary of Mirko Stamatovski

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus at the age of 82. Beloved husband to Ratka for 64 years. Loving father to Slavica "Sandy" Dimovich (Cene), Menka Pearce (Ken), John (Karen), and Tom Stamatovski (Alie). Cherished grandfather to 10 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Gligur (Jelica), Grozda (Bogolub), and Mitana (Trpe). A special thank you to Natalie from CCAC for all the care and help she has provided. Also thank you to the the Doctors, Nurses and staff at Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus for the excellent care and compassion shown to Mirko and his family. On Sunday December 21, 2014 from 2:00-9:00 p.m. Parish prayers will be held at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass to celebrate the life of Mirko will be held Monday December 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Grachanica Serbian Orthodox Church (1960 Meldrum Rd.) The Very Rev. Fr. Milan Jovanovic to officiate. Burial to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. In kindness, donations may be made in memory of Mirko to the Heart and Stoke Foundation.
