Obituary of Antonio Diana

DIANA, Antonio Passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, on December 16, 2014 in Windsor, ON at the age of 90 years. Beloved husband of Italia (nee Peretti) for 61 years. Loving father of Rita and husband Bruno Bietola; Frank and wife Joanne Diana; and Joseph and wife Sylvie Diana. Predeceased by his parents Benedetto and Francesca Diana; and his in-laws Angelo and Eufrasia Peretti. Cherished nonno of Eric (Jane), David (Kendra), Marc, Alexander, Andrew, and Nicholas. Bis-nonno of Audrey, Grace, and Anthony. Loving brother of Giuseppina and husband Matteo Carlini; and Leonardo and wife Renata Diana. Brother-in-law of the late Gloria and late husband Laddie Holek; Gino and wife Rita Peretti; Ron and wife Charlene Peretti; Mario and wife Katrina Peretti; and Julio and wife Joyce Peretti. Also remembered by his many nieces, nephews, and friends. Antonio was a long time member of the Caboto Club. E. on Friday, December 19, 2014 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Prayers at 4:30 p.m. Funeral service on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 10:15 a.m. from the funeral home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
