Obituary of Noella Pauline Desmarais

DESMARAIS, Noella (nee Leclerc) Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on November 22, 2014 at the age of 87 at Windsor Regional Hospital-Metropolitan Campus. Reunited with her loving husband Urgel (1994) and her parents Laurette and Adrien Leclerc. Dear mother to Larry and wife Christine Desmarais, Lorraine Banfill and husband Kevin, and Laura Scali and husband Ernie. Cherished M"m" to Kevin Jr., and Dustin Banfill, Sara, Samantha, Anthony and Nicholas Scali. Predeceased by her siblings Ernest Leclerc, Jackie Vickers, Jeannette Sega and surviving husband Mario, Lizette Arcand, Scotty Leclerc, Marcel Leclerc, Jack Leclerc and Muriel Brown. Survived by brother in law Len Desmarais, Richard and wife Barbara Desmarais, and Don Meloche, and sister in laws Leona Paraskevin, Theresa Jacques, Eileen Bellaire, and Jay Desmarais. Will be missed by lifelong friend Ken Bickle. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Noella was a lifelong member of the Loyal Order of the Moose #1499. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (MAIN CHAPEL) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers will be at 4:30 p.m. Funeral Services on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home then to St. Theresa"s Church (1991 Norman Rd) for Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Victoria Memorial Gardens.
