Obituary of Louis Racz

RACZ, Louis Passed away peacefully, with his family and friends by his side, on November 14, 2014 in Windsor, ON. Beloved husband of 45 years of Erzs"bet (nee Varga). Lovingly remembered by his sister Emma Miklovic and his many nieces, nephews, and friends. Predeceased by his parents Louis and Piroska Racz, and his brothers Peter, Berti, and sister Erzs"bet. Louis worked for Chrysler Canada for 23 years and was a long standing member of the Free Hungarian Reformed Church. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, EMS, and Windsor Police for their care and concern. A special Thank You to the staff at St. Elizabeth Home Health Care for their compassionate care of Louis. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E on Monday, November 17, 2014 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Rev. George Nagy officiating. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, if so desired, donations made in memory of Louis to St. Elizabeth Healthcare, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, or the Downtown Mission are welcomed and appreciated by the family.
