Obituary of Romilda Prampero

PRAMPERO, Romilda "Millie" Passed away peacefully on November 9, 2014 at the age of 88. Reunited with her loving husband Giacomo (Jack) Prampero. Dear Mother of Donna Dart (2008), Janet of Windsor, Gary (Donna) of Cincinnati Ohio. Cherished Nonna to Mark (Bethany), Christopher (Meagan) and Daniel. Also survived by her sister Julia in Italy, niece Joyce Covassin (Gino) of Orangeville, and nephew Sylvano Fattorini of Brampton. Millie emigrated from Italy in 1948 and worked as a cook at the Huron Lodge for many years. She will always be remembered for her warmth and generosity, and her mouthwatering Italian cooking. She was a member of the Women"s Association of the Fogolar Furlan Club of Windsor. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (MAIN CHAPEL) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Sunday November 16, 2014 from 3-5 P.M and 7-9 P.M. Visitation will continue from 10:00 A.M. until time of Funeral Service at 11 A.M. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Donations may be made in memory of Millie to the ALS Society, Heart & Stroke Foundation, or the Charity of your choice.
