I'm from Chatham but have had the good fortune off knowing Bill from our years at St Clair College together after which we were both fortunate to work the same job at Bell he in Windsor and I in Chatham. He was a very knowlegeable man I could always rely on for assistance with a problem. So sorry to his family for the loss of a good Christian man
