Cindy, Jon, Noah and I would like to extend our condolences to you Ted on the loss of your Mother. For more than 30 years, Lucy was like another mother to me. In recent years, Cindy the boys and I thoroughly enjoyed sharing tea and snacks with her every time we visited her in Windsor. When I last spoke to Lucy a couple of weeks back, I sensed that the end was near so we were planning to visit her one last time this coming weekend unfortunately that was not meant to be. Lucy was loved by all who knew her as the kind soul she was. I will miss our times together, and she will be truly missed by all. Rest in peace, Lucy! With love, Dave Cecillon
