Obituary of Roger Godin

GODIN, Roger Passed away in the loving arms of his wife and family on Friday September 5, 2014. Loving best friend and soul mate of Janita (nee Larocque) for 61 wonderful years. Predeceased by his loving parents Jim and Merentine Godin. Proud and adored father of Ron and wife Madeleine Godin, Rae-Anne and husband Gord Byerley and Rina ``Dou-dou`` John and husband Bruce (and Mike Teal). Cherished Pepe of Sherry, Cassie, Katie, Sara, Adam and Nadine and great Pepe of Lindsay, Leslie, Rhome, Kaylie and Liam. Dear brother of Fernande (Ronald), Alice (Livin), Ovide (Fernande), Linda (Albeo), Mathias (Margaret) and the late Alinda and Annette. Roger will also be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Roger was a very proud man who will always be remembered for his laughter, patience, love for dancing and his overall ``joie de vivre``. A special thank you to Dr. K.F. Chung and his wife and Dr. Glanz. Also, a heartfelt thank-you to Tommy Larocque for his unending love and support for our family.
