Obituary of Rachael Ann Yaworsky

YAWORSKY, Rachael Ann (nee Blay) Passed away suddenly at the age of 35 years on June 29, 2014. She was the cherished wife of Matthew and beloved mother of Jakob and Eden. Daughter of her loving parents Tom and Becky (Turcotte) Blay. Dear sister to Caley and husband Jay Phillips and brother Jesse and loving aunt to Dylan. She was the cherished daughter in-law of Neil and Kristen Yaworsky. Survived by her brother in-law Bryan Yaworsky, grandfather Bud Turcotte, grandmother Marion Slavik, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Rachael graduated from St. Clair College as an R.N. and was the Director of Care at Tecumseh Extendicare. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E on Friday July 4, 2014 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. A funeral Service will be held on Saturday July 5, 2014 at 11:00 am in the Chapel. Rev. Olav Kitchen Officiating. Cremation to follow.
