Obituary of Jo Anne Cora Casey

CASEY, Jo Anne Cora (nee Sterling) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother and Grandmother. Born September 5, 1939. Predeceased by her husband Raymond Casey in 1980. Loving Mother of Lori and Peter Stewart, and Shawn and Jenn (Martin) Casey. Special Grandma to Nicholas Casey and Kolton Casey, and Step Grandma to Nicola and Dylan Stewart, Jordan, Collin and Kaylen Meloche. Survived by her siblings, Sam Sterling and Elsie Renaud, Betty Cunningham, George and Mary Sterling, Frank Sterling and Judy Tracy, Ronald and Sheila Sterling, Barb Jeavons. Predeceased by her parents Frank and Lena Sterling and siblings Margaret Morency, Don Sterling, and Carol Anne Hazel. Aunt Jo Anne will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Best friend of Angie Lane. Jo Anne retired from GM in 1996 to enjoy her time. She loved going to the bingo, loved to travel to Northern Ontario and Alberta. She had a love for gardening but most of all Jo Anne loved to help anyone and everyone. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service on Friday, April 25, 2014 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
