Obituary of Anna Wiecek

WIECEK, ANNA (NEE WOJCIECHOWSKI) Passed away peacefully on April 19, 2014 at Windsor Regional Hospital, Met. Campus at the age of 99 years. Beloved wife of the late George (1983). Loving mother to Lorraine Jaworski and husband John and Jeanne Bromaroff. Cherished "Baba" to Arlene, Larry (Kim), Danny (Michele), and John Jr. (Ann) and Great "Baba" to Madison, Joey, Andrea, Lauren and Steven. Dear sister to Joe (Ethel) Wojciechowski of Thunder Bay and Steve Wojciechowski of Sault Ste. Marie and his late wife Shirley. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Anna worked up until the age of 75 years as a waitress at the Top Hat. Visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, (Main Chapel), 519-253-7234, 1700 Tecumseh Road E. on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Parish prayers at 7:30 pm. Funeral Service Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 9:00 am. from the Funeral Home, then to Holy Trinity Polish Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 am. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
