Obituary of James Arthur Anger

ANGER, Arthur J. With deep sadness and broken hearts we lost our cherished father and grandfather. Arthur passed away peacefully on April 6, 2014 at the age of 97 years. Predeceased by his wife Irene (nee Price )(1984) and son Arthur L. (1957). Loving father of Kathleen (late Gordon) Perrault, Florence & George Hargraves and Gail & David DePodesta. Predeceased by his parents James R. & Irma Anger (nee Martindale). Cherished grandfather of Caryn, Arthur (Trina), Tracie, Art D. (Wendy), Kelly, Kristen (PL), Heather (Adam), Lauren (Brad) and late Stephen. Dear great grandfather of Ryan, Shane (Alysha), Jesse, Kayla, Andrew, Keaton, Ruby, Maijken, Marijke, Hollie, Dean Jr., Sylar, Tau and Bryce. Beloved brother of Adam (late Mary). He will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Special thanks to dear cousin Irma & Art Durocher and their sons Dennis (Elaine) & Danny (Cheryl) for all their help and support. Art was retired from Chrysler Canada and a member of Unifor 444. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. at Banwell Rd. on Thursday April 10, 2014 from 2-5pm and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday April 11, 2014 at 11:00 am in the Chapel. Cremation to follow and burial of his cremated remains at a later date at St. Andrew's Cemetery. In memory of Art, donations may be made to the W.E. Care for Kids Foundation or Hospice of Windsor.
