Rob, it's been a long battle for your dad. I reflect on our many conversations on his health updates. Take pride of the tremendous support you provided to him, your mom and all family members who were going through the various emotions and questions that unfolded ongoing, due to tests & procedures endured, low spirits, painful days, understanding & acceptance of mortality. You would always venture down at a moment's notice to Windsor to assist in every facet...a wonderful son indeed. Know that your dear father is free from pain and has ascended to a new journey to which the Lord's love is endless. As you grieve, remember all the treasures your dad brought to your life - his time, leadership, strength, compassion, guidance, jovial spirit, laughter....as these thoughts are what you should remember most. Sending sympathy, care and support to you, Nancy, Paige and Reid. Take extra good care of your mom as she'll need your help to cope and get through all the various aspects of a loss. Thinking of you all at this sad time.
