Obituary of Donald Kisil

KISIL Donald Joseph "Don". Passed away suddenly & unexpectedly on Sunday January 12, 2014 at the age of 53 years. Beloved companion of Elaine. Dear Dad of Melissa Kisil (Matt), and Ryan Kitaresku (Gillian). Dear "Papa" of Jayden, Addisyn, Brayden, Sienna and Olivia. Dear son of Anne Kisil, and late husband John (2004). Dear Son-in-law of Eleanor & Bob Boughner. Brother of Gary Kisil, ( the late Jeannine),and Wayne Kisil (Jan). Brother-in-law of Bob (Val), Linda (Gary), John (Paullette), Dennis, Jerry, Shelley (Phil), and the late George, (2010). Dear Uncle of Jen (Ray), Kylie, Kayla and Nathan; and Heather (Jayson), Zakary and Carter. Also surviving are many aunts and uncles. Don was an 18 year "valued" employee of L-K Distributing. A longtime fan of all Detroit sports teams, and especially the Detroit Red Wings, Don reveled in the Stanley Cup Championships of "his team", during the 1990's. He will be sadly missed by cousins, co-workers, and his friends at the CHRYMOTO club, where he was a longtime member. Funeral Service to celebrate Don's life will take place in the chapel on Thursday January 16th at 10:30 am. The Rt. Rev. Fr. Eugene Halitsky officiating.
