Obituary of William Gary Roath

ROATH, Gary William With breaking hearts we announce the passing of Gary on December 12, 2013 at the age of 71 years. Devoted and loving husband to Mary his best friend; she made him smile everyday. Adored son of the late Stanley and Glenna Roath who were waiting with open arms. Proud father of Cindy Morneau (Pierre), Rosalinde Tellier (Paul), Kevin Roath (Christine), Christine Colarossi (Mike). Proudest grandfather to Shannan, Krystal, Tiffany, Tara, Brittany, Christopher, Travis, Dillon, Cody, Christian and Gabrielle. Dear great grandfather to Cadence, Serena, Tiana, Calleigh, Logan and Kai. Loving brother to Donna Tyndall (late Blaine) (2002), Sandy Wilkins (late John) (2011), Mary Taylor (Dick) and late Wayne Roath (1969). Gary will also be missed by his lifelong friend Bob Tinham and Clarence Lesperance. Gary retired from Chrysler after many years of dedicated service. Gary loved life but loved his family more and always made sure we knew just how much. Relatives and friends will be received on Tuesday December 17, 2013 at 10:00 am at St. Anne Church (12233 Tecumseh Rd. E., Tecumseh) until time of Memorial Mass at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association or the Windsor & Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation.
