Obituary of Katarina Marekovic

MAREKOVIC, Kathy (nee Culumovic) It is with a broken heart that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved wife, mother, daughter and sister on December 11, 2013 at the age of 52 years. Beloved wife to Ivan with whom she celebrated 20 years of marriage. Loving and devoted mother to Taylor. Cherished daughter to Manda Culumovic and late husband Josip (2011). Dear sister to Anna Thompson and husband Keith (Eric and Michael), and Josie Berns (Jamie, Johnnie and Lauren). Dear sister-in-law to Slavica Aleksic and family. Adored niece to Ila Culumovic and wife Mira (Maria). She will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins in both Canada and Croatia. Kathy was an employee with the City of Windsor Social Services Department, where she will be missed by her fellow co-workers. Funeral Services on Tuesday December 17, 2013 at 9:15am from the Banwell Chapel then to St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church for Funeral Mass at 10:30am.
