Obituary of Petra Savic

SAVIC, Petra (nee Kocovic) Passed away peacefully on December 10, 2013 at the age of 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Zivko Savic. Loving mother of Jagoda Zakovski (late Petko), Victor Savic (Ann Marie), Boris Savic (Kathy) and late Zlatka Leclair (Ed). Cherished grandmother of 8 grandchildren and great grandmother of 3 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Gana and Zako Jovcevski. Dear sister of Cvetko Jovcevski (Desa) from Macedonia, predeceased by Aleksander Jovcevski (late Bora) and Minka Trpcevski (Save). Petra will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. at Banwell Rd. on Thursday December 12, 2013 from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Prayers Thursday at 7:30 pm. Funeral Service on Friday December 13, 2013 at 9:30 am from the funeral home then to Grachanica Serbian Orthodox Church (1960 Meldrum, Windsor, ON) at 10:30 am. The Very Rev. Fr. Milan Jovanovic officiating. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. In memory of Petra, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Family.
