Obituary of Angela Dina Gatti

GATTI, Angela Dina (nee Brescacin) Our dearly loved mother and nonna passed away peacefully on November 28th, 2013, at the Wynfield Long Term Care Residence in Oshawa. She was a wonderful, caring mother to Marilyn (Michael), Carla (Don) and Diana and the most devoted nonna to Paul, Angela, Andrew and Nicole. She was predeceased by her husband Nino in 1987. She is survived by her sister Teresa, sister in law Angelina and 2 brothers, Gietto and Dino, all in Italy. She will be remembered by all who knew her for her sense of humor, hospitality and love of coffee and company. Though she spent the last few months of her 86 years in Oshawa, Windsor was her home and she spoke often and fondly of her friends and family there. She enjoyed her friendship and service in the Ladies Auxiliary of the Fogular Furlan and many happy occasions at the Caboto Club. We would like to thank all of the neighbors who looked after her especially Louisa, Anna, Gino, Lucy and the rest of her Byng Road family. E on Sunday, December 1, 2013 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Parish Prayers at 7:30 p.m. Please join Angela"s family at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church (804 Grand Marais at Parent) on Monday, December 2, 2013 from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Windsor Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
