Obituary of John Stoffyn

Passed away suddenly at the age of 51 on June 11, 2020. Cherished and loving partner of Linda Lanteigne. Devoted father of Sarah (Josh) and Kaitlyn (Jacque) and bonus dad of Melissa and Allan (Dana). Proud Papa of Grayson, Hayden, and Sophia and bonus papa of Brooklyn, Leila, and Rowan. Loving son of Marilyn & the late Frans (2018). Cherished son-in-law of Ray & Donna Lanteigne and Jacqueline & Frank Larocque. Beloved brother of Corrie (Garth), Jennifer (Bill), Philip (Julie), and Maryanna (Bob). John will be sadly missed by his previous wife Karen and many nieces, nephews cousins, and friends. John will also be missed by Gemma, Bailey, and the late Tanner, his fur babies. John was active in hockey, he loved riding the open road on his bike and was anxiously waiting to ride his first Harley. John would never refuse to lend a hand helping anyone who needed it. He was a “jack of all trades” and decided there was no job too big for him to tackle. John enjoyed gardening, which he learned from his father, working on cars, and was an avid Toronto Maple Leaf fan. He loved to swim and spent lots of time with his grandkids in the pool. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Cremation to follow.
