MEDVED, Tomo (Tom/ Tommy)1943 - 2013With heavy hearts and profound peace, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer, we announce his passing at home, October 15, with his loving family at his side. Loving husband of Anne (nee Lesperance). Dearest Tata of David (Dora), Julie, Teresa (Jesse Awram), Michael, Cathy (Tom Murtagh), and Jessica (Derek Jupp). Awesome Deda of Anna, Angelina, & little Jack. The strongest man we know. Cherished son to late Yaja, brother to late Marija, and Bare. Loved by all family and friends. Tom was born in Blagaj, Croatia and moved to Canada in 1966. He worked hard all of his life to provide for his family. Tom retired from Windsor Chrysler after 31 years of service. He will be missed by all. Funeral visitation at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (main chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Friday, October 18 from 2-5pm & 7-9 pm. Funeral services on Saturday, October 19 at 10 am in the chapel. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetary.
