Obituary of Daniel Stecher

STECHER, Daniel Surrounded by the love and warmth of his family, Dan passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord on August 18, 2013 at the age of 78 years. Beloved husband of Marilyn. Loving father of James, David and his wife Karen, Diane and her husband Matt Middleton, and the late Jane Bahula (2010) and her husband Tim. Loving step-father of Sharon and her husband Tim Clarke, Tracy Punchard and her husband Jim Jamieson, Kelly and her husband Tom Vandeloo. He was always so proud of his 11 grandchildren and 7 step-grandchildren. Dear brother of Adam and his wife Carolyn, the late Jack (2003) and his wife Gene, the late Elizabeth Stecher (2008), Eva Collison and her late husband Ralph, the late John Jr. (1990) and his late wife Brenda. Friend and former husband of Carol Stecher. He will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Retired educator from the Windsor Board of Education. Memorial visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. at Banwell Rd. on Saturday August 24, 2013 at 10:00 am, until time of memorial service at 12:00 noon.
